SELF-TALK TAKES THE STAGE
Through cabaret, keynotes, and story-driven performance, Katie transforms self-talk from an abstract idea into something audiences can recognize, reframe, and actually use — leaving them with language they can use long after the applause.
Trusted on stages, screens, and inside organizations shaping culture:
HI, I’M KATIE
Katie Horwitch helps people change the conversation they’re having with themselves — so they can change how they lead, create, connect, and live.
I’m an author, speaker, mindset coach, artist, and the founder of WANT: Women Against Negative Talk — a platform dedicated to helping people shift their negative self-talk without ignoring the realities of being human.
I’ve spent almost two decades studying the conversations we have about ourselves, and what those conversations make possible (or impossible) in our lives, relationships, workplaces, culture, and world.
My mission? To change the way we talk about the way we talk to ourselves — and in the process, create a world in which feeling fulfilled is a reality for all.
I’m so glad you found me.
