KEYNOTES, WORKSHOPS, LUNCH + LEARNS, CABARETS, AND CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

Every time I have had the honor to work with Katie, she has inspired me to be better—at my job, in my relationships, within my community. This woman has a level of gravitas that is unparalleled. She is articulate, passionate, collaborative, intensely supportive, and crazy smart. Her ability to harness a room full of people with her powerful words and boundless energy is truly a sight to behold. To say she’s a bright light would be a pale description. Katie IS the light.
— L.K. Whitney, CEO of The Good Fest

Katie's ease, humor, and inclusive nature combined with her willingness to dive deep, get honest and lead by example makes her a sought-after speaker at conferences, team-building events, and more.

She's keynoted at large-scale events (like SXSW and the University Of New Hampshire Women's Leadership Conference) and spoken in more intimate settings (like in-house corporate team-building events and local yoga studios). She's worked with huge brands like Lululemon and small mom-and-pops with a whole lot of soul. She's bonded with sixth graders, twenty-six year olds, and women well into their seventies.

Every audience is different. But no matter the format, subject, or size of the room, the mission is the same: to help people identify the conversations they’re having with themselves, understand what those conversations are shaping, and leave with language, tools, and perspective they can use in real time.

Make Shift Happen: A Confidence + Self-Talk Workshop

“I’m not good enough.” “Not smart enough.” “Not talented enough.” We all do it. Belittling who we are, what we do, what we stand for — often without realizing it. And it's stuck on a loop.

The most important story you’ll ever tell is the story you tell yourself, about yourself. Which is why it’s so important to make sure that the story you’re telling is a positive one, and helping you be the person you know you’re meant to be — instead of a negative story that forces you to become someone you’re not.

In this interactive session, you’ll dive deep into ways to shift your self-talk internally, how to practice that new language externally, and what to do when the world feels like too much to handle and that negative self-talk is most likely to show up. You’ll walk away with tools to not only know who you are and what you stand for, but BE exactly who you are confidently and consistently across personal and professional arenas.

The Fulfillment Formula

We all want to live meaningful, purpose-driven lives — and in today’s world, it can seem like there are endless opportunities to do so. But the stats tell a different story: only 15% of adults worldwide report feeling truly satisfied with their lives. Even with more options than ever for growth and happiness, many of us are left feeling like something’s missing. As the pace of the workplace and the world accelerates, many of us can end up stuck in survival mode — leading to burnout, low confidence, and a sense of disconnection.

The stories we tell ourselves can either keep us stuck or help us grow. When it comes to our own lives, we often become the biggest roadblocks to the very change we seek. In The Fulfillment Formula, we’ll explore how internal self-talk, cultural conditioning, and outdated definitions of success keep us from the fulfillment we crave.

This session aims to help attendees address the root of what holds them back from creating the impact they desire to have both personally and professionally, let go of what no longer serves them (even if it once did), and ultimately, find a sustainable and strategic sense of fulfillment. Attendees will walk away with renewed clarity, a deeper understanding of what fulfillment really means to them, and a sustainable framework to carry it into everything that comes next.

Talk Shift: The Inner Work Of Innovation

In conversations about innovation, leadership, and the future, the “inner work” piece is almost always mentioned — but rarely explored in a meaningful way. We hear things like “resilience matters” or “you need to get comfortable being uncomfortable,” which are both true. But the how behind that advice often gets reduced to motivational soundbites…and that’s where it stops. The nuance gets skipped, and the same cycles keep repeating.

This talk explores the missing layer underneath all of that: the internal language we use while we’re building, leading, and navigating change in a culture under constant pressure to innovate. In that kind of fast-moving, high-pressure landscape, vague encouragement like “believe in yourself” or “jump and the net will appear!” doesn’t just fall flat — it can actually add more pressure. What’s more useful is understanding how the self-talk running through our heads (often without us realizing it) shapes decision-making, risk-taking, creativity, and resilience in real time.

Grounded in relevant research on self-talk and mental health, attendees will walk away with clear language and usable tools they can apply right away — especially in moments when uncertainty, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome surface unexpectedly.

Building, Living, and Loving Your Brand

In this workshop, you’ll learn about creating a "legacy" brand that is trend-proof - and how to stay true to yourself and your mission when it feels like the world (and the internet!) wants you to be something different every two seconds. This workshop is perfect for creatives, solopreneurs, multi-passionate people (wo are sick of hearing “you need to pick ONE thing”), and anyone who wants to explore what it means to build something with meaning that lasts.

Katie, we want you to come with us to everything. You are truly amazing and an inspirational force.

CABARETS + STORY-DRIVEN PERFORMANCES

A keynote can make people think differently.
A cabaret can make them feel it.

Katie’s signature WANT YOUR SELF Cabarets bring self-talk to the stage through story, music, humor, and practical takeaways — turning the work of change into something audiences can laugh with, recognize themselves in, and remember.

Part performance, part keynote, and part communal exhale, each cabaret turns the inner work of shifting self-talk into something immediate, memorable, unexpected, and fun. Through personal stories, songs, audience connection, and takeaways people can use long after the final note, Katie creates a room where people can laugh, reflect, and view the voice in their head a little differently.

Perfect for conferences, fundraisers, community events, or any organization that’s looking for something more unexpected than a traditional talk. Cabarets can be customized around your audience, cause, theme, or event goals.

Best for: fundraisers, conferences, community gatherings, theaters, brand events, leadership programming, and organizations that want people talking long after the event ends.
